Dr. S. Rukmani Devi is an accomplished Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science, currently serving at Saveetha College of Liberal Arts & Sciences, Chennai. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore, an M.Phil. in Computer Science from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Thirunelveli, and an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Madurai Kamaraj University. Her academic journey began with a B.Sc. degree from Ambiga College of Arts and Science, Madurai.
With extensive experience in academia, Dr. Rukmani Devi has held positions as an Assistant Professor, and her career is marked by a strong commitment to advancing educational excellence, having contributed to curriculum development as a Board of Studies member and organizing various academic events, workshops, and guest lectures.
Her technical expertise is complemented by a significant body of research, with numerous papers published in Scopus-indexed journals. Additionally, she has authored books on Data Visualization, Deep Learning algorithms, and Database Management Systems and holds a patent for a machine learning-based chip control oxygen concentrator.
Throughout her career, Dr. Rukmani Devi has been recognized for her contributions to education and research, receiving several prestigious awards, including the Best Academician Award in 2023.
